Hey ya’ll, I know it’s been a minute…but am back. It’s been hectic trying to balance but I’m trying my level best to come back to my element. Today’s post is about this curly flat twist updo.
I rocked this hairstyle on Sunday and I must admit that I loved the work of my hands. I started off by dividing my hair into 5 sections; four at the back and one at the crown where I was able to achieve the curls. I used my perm rods for this process. Since my hair was already conditioned and moisturized, I did not use any product on the flat twist but dampened the hair at the crown and applied organic Shea Butter to assist my hair in holding the curls. I had the perm rods in for about 18 hours then took them down the following morning and this was the results.
I was also able to record this whole process for my You Tube channel. This will be an easy way to demonstrate to you exactly how I achieved this look. I hope you like it as well. Don’t forget to like and comment on the video as well as subscribe to my channel.
That’s it for this week. See you in next week’s post.
Lots Of Love
