This flat twist up-do is my current protective style.
I am used to having mini twist a lot as my protective style. This time round I decided to have this flat twist up-do. I love that it’s easy to do and very convenient. I feel like it suits different occasions like school, work and the likes.
I started off on clean hair. I used a shampoo and a deep conditioner on my hair the previous day. I then moisturized and sealed before putting it into twists in order to allow my hair to stretch.
I divided my hair into 5 sections; one at the crown,two at the back and two at the sides(my left and right temple).
This particular hairstyle took me around 2 & 1/2 hours just because I had to film the whole process. This was the end result.
